I’m Catrina– a wild-hearted seeker, a lover of life’s mysteries, and a traveler on the ever-unfolding path of healing. For the better half of my life, I’ve been guided by practices that have opened me layer by layer. Yoga was my first teacher, showing me how to root into my body and breathe through life’s tides. Reiki awakened my connection to the unseen, revealing the delicate currents of energy that flow through us all. Sound healing invited me to release, to soften into vibrational medicine that speaks beyond words. Astrology became a cosmic mirror, illuminating the wisdom of the stars and affirming how I understand myself.

Each of these practices led me home to myself, reminding me that healing is a spiral. A tender, sacred journey of becoming (and unbecoming) and remembering. Along the way, I’ve met incredible souls and discovered that the true magic lies not in perfection, but in embracing every shade of who we are – the light and the shadow, the wild and the soft.

I offer this work because I believe we are all healers, each of us carrying the power to transform, to love, and to create beauty in our own way. My deepest desire is to hold space for others to meet themselves fully, to guide them toward their own brilliance, and to inspire them to live as the dynamic, vibrant beings they are. Together, we explore it all… the joy, the complexity, and everything in between because I TRULY believe that is where the magic happens.
